Trim Healthy Mama Menu

Want some ideas for your Trim Healthy Mama menu this week? Check out what we are eating and I how make them into crossovers for my husband and children. The added crossovers are in parenthesis.

Additionally, I often choose a different cookbook each week. This weeks menu features recipes from Trim Healthy Future:

Breakfasts:

Whatever we feel like making off the menu that day, I will have these items on hand. These Trim Healthy Mama meals are a great way to start your morning routine!

  • (E) Berry Goodness Oatmeal
  • (S) Sausage and Eggs w/ greens
  • (E) Sourdough Einkorn Chocolate Chip Pancakes
  • (S) Breakfast Burritos (p.98)

Lunches:

Additionally, I keep a few things and make what’s convenient or can be taken on the road.

  • (S) Salad with protein, cheese and Cauli Tots (p.111) served on the side (air-fryer french fries)
  • (E) The Air-Fried Meal (p.229)(Cheese or extra oil)
  • (E) Street Quesadillas (p.231) (cheese)
  • (E) Quinoa Tuna Patties (p.148)

Dinners:

This is where my Trim Healthy Mama menu really shines! I will usually highlight these items as I make them or write next to them which day I’m planning. I like the flexibility this provides. Sometimes if it’s a busy week, I will assign days to the dinners.

  • (S) Company Casserole (p.158) w/ salad (baked sweet potatoes)
  • (S) R’s No Stress Tilapia (p.139) w/ Italian Cucumber Side Salad (p.261) and greens, caulirice (brown rice)

  • (E) Rosemary Chicken Breast (p.166) w/ mashed potatoes (p.203) (butter) w/ green beans
  • (E) Cheesy Rice and Chicken Skillet (p.120) (cheese)w/ nutritional yeast sauce (p.380- E version)
  • (S) Sesame Chicken Fix (p.118) (brown rice) w/ green beans

Snacks/ Desserts

(These are for me, so I don’t worry about adding crossovers).

  • (S) Brownie Cheesecake (p.284)
  • (S) Date Night Choc Chip Cookie (p.293)
  • (S) Orange Scones (p.295)
  • (E) Aunt Pearl’s Muffins (p.275)

Drinks/ Smoothies/Sippers

  • (FP) Good Girl Moonshine
