Fresh vegetables laid out.

Want some ideas for your Trim Healthy Mama menu this week? Check out what we are eating and I how make them into crossovers for my husband and children. The added crossovers are in parenthesis.

This weeks menu features recipes from Trim Healthy Future.

BREAKFASTS

Whatever we feel like making off the menu that day, I will have these items on hand. These Trim Healthy Mama meals are a great way to start your morning routine!

  • (S) Eggs w/ sausage(or bacon), greens, and sauerkraut (toast)
  • (E) Sweatpants Oatmeal (butter)
  • (E) Zucchini Bread Oatmeal (p.106) (butter)
  • (S) Breakfast Burritos (p.98) w/ wonder wraps (ww tortillas)

LUNCHES

Additionally, I keep a few things and make what’s convenient or can be taken on the road.

  • (S) Greenie Meanie Yuck Yum (p.78) (fries)
  • (E) The Air Fried Meal (p.229)(cheese)
  • (E) Street Quesadilla w/ corn tortillas or sourdough (p.231) (tortillas)
  • (S) Zucchini Fritters (p.149) (sweet potato fries)

DINNERS

This is where my Trim Healthy Mama menu really shines! I will usually highlight these items as I make them or write next to them which day I’m planning. I like the flexibility this provides. Sometimes if it’s a busy week, I will assign days to the dinners.

  • (S) Salmon Avocado Skillet (p.136)w/ Italian cucumber side salad (p.261) & Greens (br. rice)

  • (E) Cheesy Rice & Chicken Skillet (p.120)(cheese)
  • (S) Sesame Chicken Fix (p.118)(br. rice)

SNACKS/ DESSERTS

(These are for me, so I don’t worry about adding crossovers).

  • (S) R’s Carrot Cake (p.281)
  • (S) Mocha Layer Cake (p.283)
  • (E) Sweet and Salty Popcorn (p.305)
  • (E) Aunty Pearl’s Muffins (p.275)

DRINKS/ SMOOTHIES/SIPPERS

  • (FP) Berry Kefir Smoothie
  • (FP) Cherry Lime Good Girl Moonshine
  • (S) Piña Colada Smoothie (p.66)
  • (FP) Singing Canary
