Trim Healthy Mama Menu 3/14- 3/20

Want some ideas for your Trim Healthy Mama menu this week? Check out what we are eating and I how make them into crossovers for my husband and children. The added crossovers are in parenthesis.

This weeks menu features recipes from Trim Healthy Cookbook.

BREAKFASTS

Whatever we feel like making off the menu that day, I will have these items on hand. These Trim Healthy Mama meals are a great way to start your morning routine!

  • (S) Eggs w/ Avs (avocados) w/ sausage (p.245)(hash browns)
  • (E) Bagels w/ light Laughing Cow cheese (cream cheese)
  • (E) Banana Bread Crockpot Oatmeal (p.257)(butter)
  • (E) Chocolate Monkey Crepes (p.267)w/ handy chocolate syrup (p.479)(scrambled eggs)

LUNCHES

Additionally, I keep a few things and make what’s convenient or can be taken on the road.

  • (S) Potsticker Patties (p.175)(sweet potato fries p.217)
  • (S) Grand Greek Salad (p.183)(sourdough bread)
  • (E) Sweetie on steroids (p.76)(butter)
  • (FP) Creamless Creamy Chicken (p.78)(chicken salad sandwich) 

DINNERS

This is where my Trim Healthy Mama menu really shines! I will usually highlight these items as I make them or write next to them which day I’m planning. I like the flexibility this provides. Sometimes if it’s a busy week, I will assign days to the dinners.

  • (S) Smarty-pants Stroganoff (p.44)w/ mashed potatoes (p.219)(noodles)
  • (S) Chicken Florentine (p.46) (ww pasta)
  • (S) Cilantro Lime-burst Chicken thighs (p.54)w/ cauli-rice (brown rice)
  • (S) Swedish Meatballs in cream sauce (p.61) w/ spaghetti squash (ww pasta)
  • (E) White Chicken Chili (p.37)(cheese)
  • (E) Roast Chicken w/ potatoes and carrots (chicken breast)(gravy)

SNACKS/ DESSERTS

(These are for me, so I don’t worry about adding crossovers).

  • (S) Creme Brûlée (p.185 Trim Healthy Indulgence)
  • (S) Skinny Chocolate truffles (p.384)
  • (S) Chocolate Berry Wedding Cheesecake (p.332)
  • (E) Pineapple Upside Down Cake (p.290)

DRINKS/ SMOOTHIES/SIPPERS

  • (FP) Berry Kefir Smoothie
  • (FP) Cherry Lime Good Girl Moonshine
  • (FP) Lemon Lime Trim Pop (p.443)
  • (FP) Sining Canary
