BREAKFASTS
Whatever we feel like making off the menu that day, I will have these items on hand. These Trim Healthy Mama meals are a great way to start your morning routine!
- (S) Eggs w/ sausage(or bacon) and greens (toast)
- (E) Sweatpants Quinoa
- (E) Egg White scramble with nutritional yeast and veggies plus sd toast and a smear of coconut oil or mayo (butter for kids toast and whole eggs)
- (E) SD Bagels w/ egg whites (cream cheese)
LUNCHES
- (S) Zesty Tuna Patties (p.234)
- (S) Hot dogs w/ fresh veggies (bun)
- (E) Salad w/ red kidney beans, canned chicken and fruit
- (E) French fries and a yuck yum
DINNERS
This is where my Trim Healthy Mama menu really shines! I will usually highlight these items as I make them or write next to them which day I’m planning. I like the flexibility this provides. Sometimes if it’s a busy week, I will assign days to the dinners.

- (S) Rosemary Lemon Baked Tilapia w/ Avocado oil and cucumber salad (baked potato)
- (S) Cheeseburgers w/ bacon, lettuce and avocado (French fries)
- (E) Sweet and spicy grilled chicken (p.221)w/ air-fried fries and corn (butter on corn)
- (E) Sweet Lime Taco Joes (p.93)(CP)w/ black beans and sourdough flatbreads
- (E) Chicken Fried Double Rice (p.53)
SNACKS/ DESSERTS
(These are for me, so I don’t worry about adding crossovers).
- (S) Brownie Fudge (p.404)
- (S) Fudgaroons (p.423)
- (E) Bumbleberry Cobbler
